Arlene Crespo-Reyes has over 20 years of administrative experience in medical offices of Pain Management, Radiology and Orthopedics. In these medical settings, she assisted patients by scheduling appointments, answering questions or concerns, and contacting medical insurances as needed. Arlene was also a Medical Representative with extensive knowledge of radiology; in this role, she would offer information and education to doctors and their medical staff. In addition to her administrative capability, Arlene is a content creator, running various social media platforms for numerous businesses.
