Health Insurance Plans
Psychotherapy sessions may be covered, partially or fully, by your health insurance.
We are "in-network" providers with CIGNA and BCBS. If one of these is your insurance company, check with them if your plan covers psychotherapy services.
If your insurance company is not CIGNA or BCBS, it may reimburse your for fees paid; you must check if your plan covers "out-of-network" providers. If this is the case, we can help you file a claim for reimbursement of therapy fees.
